Update on Exam Procedures due to IT System Outage

Following the coordination meeting with the Dean’s Office regarding the current unavailability of IT systems, please be advised that exam sessions will proceed as scheduled on the planned dates.

To ensure the proper conduct of exams and avoid confusion once the system is restored, the following measures have been established:

•Exam Modality: Exams will be held as planned. For exams originally scheduled on platforms that are currently inaccessible, instructors will adapt the exam format to ensure it can be taken without the use of such tools.

•Communications: Instructors will inform you of the specific location and time using all currently active communication channels (personal websites, Google Classroom, mailing lists, etc.).

•Exam Registration: Maximum flexibility will be guaranteed. Students who were unable to formally register due to the service disruption will still be allowed to take the exam.

•Grading and Recording: Results will be temporarily recorded in hard copy (paper format) and entered into Infostud as soon as the system is operational again.

Student Representatives are asked to disseminate this information. Should the outage persist, a dedicated webpage will be launched to gather all updates in a single location.

Personal tutors assigned to Control Engineering students enrolled to the first year in 2024-25

With the goal of helping students in the full development of their curriculum, advising on study plans, and providing other teaching support if needed during the master program, the Council of the Master in Control Engineering has assigned a tutor to every student enrolled to the first year in 2024-25.
Attached is the complete list of first-year students with their assigned tutors.
The assigned tutor will follow the students (each tutor is responsible for 3-4 students) until graduation (he/she will not be necessarily the supervisor of the master thesis).
