Diego Scuppa obtained his Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics (curriculum: Mathematics for Data Science) in July 2024 from Sapienza University of Rome, defending his thesis titled “Optimization Methods for AIS and SAR Data Fusion,” supervised by Prof. Marco Sciandrone. Since November of the same year, he has been enrolled in the ABRO doctoral program, focusing on the Operations Research curriculum (MAT-09), at the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering Antonio Ruberti (DIAG) at Sapienza University of Rome. His main research activities include continuous optimization and machine learning.
