  In this talk I'll focus on machine learning models and techniques I have developed, with particular attention to:  -  a novel learning framework, called "learning with constraints", and the associated Support Constraint Machines (SCMs); -  the application of methods and tools from control theory to machine learning, and vice-versa; -  machine-learning models and techniques for the solution of infinite-programming problems and the related issue of the curse of dimensionality.
