Mattia Castelmare
Mattia Castelmare was born in Rome on June 19, 1998. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in March 2021 and his Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics in July 2024, both from Sapienza University of Rome.
He is currently a PhD student at Sapienza University, enrolled in the PhD Program in Robotics and Intelligent Machines (DRIM), XL cycle, within the curriculum "Industry 4.0 - Safe Human-Robot Collaboration for Manipulation."
His research focuses on physical human-robot interaction, with the aim of advancing technologies for safe and efficient collaboration between humans and robots in industrial environments.
He is affiliated with the Department of Computer, Control, and Management Engineering "Antonio Ruberti" (DIAG) within the Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science, and Statistics at Sapienza University of Rome.
